I'm Missy Walla, the owner of All in Just One Cookie. The creation of All in Just One Cookie started over 35 years ago with a recipe found in a Christmas cookbook.  This gingerbread cookie recipe was so good that I received lots of requests for the cookies year-round.  The cookies were decorated according to the holiday or season and became in high demand.  When my son was young, the cookies were designed to build small gingerbread houses for holiday classroom decorating parties.  After 25 years of taking cookie orders, I was ready for a change and that is when I started teaching cookie decorating classes for children.  Of course, by then I knew that gingerbread was pretty magical and could be used in so many ways to create unique 3D edible projects.  Luckily now working in several locations to teach classes primarily for children, I can continue to spread the joy and magic of gingerbread.
